COLUMBUS, Ohio–Today, Ohio Right to Life announced the return of Stephanie Ranade Krider as the organization’s new Vice President & Executive Director. Most recently, Ranade Krider served as the Director of Policy and Legislative Affairs for then-Secretary of State Jon Husted. She formerly held both the director of legislative affairs position and the executive director position at Ohio Right to Life.

“Ohio Right to Life is blessed to welcome back Stephanie Ranade Krider, with her extensive leadership in the pro-life movement and a desire to innovate,” said Mike Gonidakis, president of Ohio Right to Life. “Stephanie’s history with the pro-life movement in general and Ohio Right to Life specifically will be incredibly beneficial as we move forward. We look forward to the new ideas and fresh perspective that she will bring to the table.”

Ranade Krider will be responsible for managing all programs, activities, and governmental advocacy related to the ORTL mission, as well as new community advocacy efforts and vision for the future of the pro-life movement.

“I am honored to have this opportunity. Ohio Right to Life has built significant momentum over the last eight years in protecting life. I look forward to my role in bringing the organization to the next level, making a positive difference for all Ohioans, born and unborn.” said Ranade Krider.

“Ohio Right to Life is thrilled to be expanding our team as we continue to look for new ways to advocate for and educate on important life issues” said Gonidakis. “In the last eight years, we’ve seen unmatched success in Ohio when it comes to building a culture of life. Abortions are down by 25%, half of Ohio’s clinics have been shuttered, and 21 pro-life initiatives have been signed into law. We can’t wait to continue this pro-life progress with the help of Stephanie Ranade Krider.”

Founded in 1967, Ohio Right to Life, with more than 45 chapters and local affiliates, is Ohio’s oldest and largest grassroots pro-life organization. Recognized as the flagship of the pro-life movement in Ohio, ORTL works through legislation and education to promote and defend innocent human life from conception to natural death.
