COLUMBUS, Ohio—Today, Judge Mary Wiseman of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas ruled that Women’s Med Center of Dayton has 30 days to close or appeal the earlier Ohio Department of Health revocation of its license.
The following statement can be attributed to Mike Gonidakis, President of Ohio Right to Life:
This ruling is a win for the pro-life movement in Ohio and the women of Dayton. Ohio Right to Life is encouraged to see a facility as notorious as Women’s Med Center finally shuttered.
