Putnam County Right to Life Joins Statewide Organization

COLUMBUS, Ohio–Today, Ohio Right to Life announced the formation of Lawrence County Right to Life, a new affiliate in the state’s southern-most tip. Pastor Zach Johnson, pastor of Burlington Baptist Church, was elected president of the new organization in South Point, Ohio.
Ohio Right to Life is pleased to welcome Lawrence County Right to Life and Pastor Zach to the Ohio Right to Life family,” said Kayla Atchison, director of external affairs at Ohio Right to Life. “The Lawrence County Right to Life team is composed of members who have already been leading the way in educating their community about the right to life. They have experience, passion and proven leadership in their efforts to advance a culture for life in Southern Ohio.”
Ohio Right to Life also announced their re-affiliation with Putnam County Right to Life. Located in Kalida, Ohio, Putnam County Right to Life has long supported pro-life legislation and educational initiatives in their communities. They will continue to do so in collaboration with the statewide organization in Columbus.
“There is no more important cause to coalesce around than the right to life,” said Atchison. “Direct communication with more than 40 affiliates across the state is what makes the pro-life movement so strong in Ohio. Together, we create a unified force for human life. We are happy to welcome Putnam County Right to Life to our network of affiliates, and learn from their experience in advancing the cause for human life in Northwest Ohio.”
