COLUMBUS, Ohio–Today, Ohio Right to Life announced Carly Fiorina as the keynote speaker for its 2015 Tele-Town Hall and Annual Meeting, which will take place November 4 at 7:45 p.m. Callers will be invited to submit questions for Ms. Fiorina during the call. A call-in number for the tele-townhall will be released in the coming weeks.
“In the midst of Planned Parenthood’s ongoing controversy, the right to life movement is fortunate to have such a strong defender of human life at the forefront of the abortion debate,” said Stephanie Ranade Krider, executive director of Ohio Right to Life. “Carly Fiorina is unafraid to challenge the pro-abortion narrative and courageously speak on behalf of the innocent. We look forward to discussing the importance of pro-life leadership with Carly and finding new ways to continue to inspire and invigorate Ohio’s pro-life citizens on to victory.”
Fiorina is the former CEO of Hewlett-Packard and was the first woman to lead a Fortune 50 business. In recent months, she has risen to prominence as a conservative voice for boldly speaking about the issue of abortion and the importance of the right to life.
“The right to life remains a definitive value for today’s leaders because it is the cornerstone of civilization,” said Krider. “The current excitement surrounding Carly Fiorina stems directly from her unabashed insistence that protecting and defending the right to life are central to the character of our nation. Ohio Right to Life is eager to lend another microphone to Carly’s powerful defense of human life this November.”
Ohio Right to Life invites those interested in participating in the Tele-Town Hall with Carly Fiorina to RSVP at ohiolife.org and stay tuned for further details.
