Hon. Margy Conditt

The Honorable Margy Conditt is a former State Representative from Butler County. She was the sponsor and co-sponsor of multiple Ohio Right to Life initiatives in the Ohio House of Representatives, key among them a bill that de-funded Planned Parenthood of $1.3 million in taxpayer funding. Other important laws she sponsored include the Abortion Trafficking Prevention Act and legislation to create the Stable Account for people with disabilities.
For her extraordinary service to the pro-life cause, she was awarded Ohio Right to Life’s Defender of Life Lifetime Achievement in 2017.
Representative Conditt holds a Ph.D. in Analytical Environmental Chemistry from the University of Colorado and a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Alabama. Before her term in the Ohio House, she worked for Procter and Gamble for more than twenty years. Her current volunteer activities include jail ministry in the Butler County Jail and serving on the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Club of West Chester/Liberty. She resigned from her seat in the Ohio legislature this September to spend more time with her family.
Representative Conditt resides in Liberty Township with her husband of almost 30 years. She is mother to two grown children, and grandmother to three grandchildren. She is a member of St. Maximilian Kolbe Parish in Liberty Township.
