COLUMBUS, Ohio—Today, Ohio Right to Life released the story of Milka, an Ohio mom who experienced an abortion, who is talking about why she is voting No on Issue 1 on November 7th.

November 7th is just 5 days away, and Planned Parenthood and the ACLU are working overtime to pass Issue 1, which would legalize painful abortion up to the very moment of birth here in Ohio. Issue 1, if it passes, will also eliminate a parent’s right to know if their underage child is considering an abortion or any other “reproductive decision”.

“Milka’s story reminds us that not only is a child killed in an abortion, but abortion also wounds mothers and fathers,” said Peter Range, CEO of Ohio Right to Life. Range continued, “This amendment, if it passes, will make women feel even more pressured to have an abortion as it legalizes abortion on demand through all nine months of pregnancy. Ohioans must protect the best interests of women and children and vote no on Issue 1.”
