Marshal Pitchford

Chairman of the Board

Marshal Pitchford is Chairman of the Ohio Right to Life Board of Trustees. He also serves as Chairman of the Ohio Right to Life Political Action Committee and has been involved in the Right to Life movement for many years. Mr. Pitchford is a past member of Summit County Right to Life’s Advisory Board and Co-chairman of the Right to Life of Summit County PAC.

Mr. Pitchford is an attorney with the law firm of DiCaudo, Pitchford & Yoder. His practice primarily focuses on commercial litigation, municipal law, transportation counseling and litigation, and retail representation.  He has a wide range of experience working for clients in both the public and private sector, including businesses, townships, villages, counties, transit authorities, law enforcement and individuals.  He is also counsel for numerous large and small retailers, trucking companies, brokers, manufacturers and businesses.

Marshal resides in Akron with his wife Allison and their four children.
